The Las Cruces New Mexico U.S. Federal Courthouse represented the largest federal contract issued by the Ft. Worth Region office of the General Services Administration. Intertech's trusted relationship with White Construction and design specification expertise made us the right partner for this 237,000-square-foot multi-story facility.

DESCRIPTION

This multi-story facility houses U.S. federal judges' chambers and courtrooms, requiring flooring solutions that balanced quality, durability and budget considerations. White Construction sought a reputable flooring contractor they could trust to fulfill the project requirements with no surprises while helping select quality products within budget parameters.

Intertech installed 110,000 square feet of C&A/Tandus carpet, 20,000 square feet of Haworth TecCrete access flooring, 5,000 square feet of Armstrong resilient flooring and 20,000 lineal feet of Roppe cove base. Installation began in 2009 with a six-person team.

Our decades of projects with White Construction and close collaboration with Carter Burgess on product selection ensured the courthouse received the quality and reliability this important federal facility demanded.
