Want to learn a marketable skill?
Intertech Flooring offers a Flooring Installation Program that lets you earn while you learn. Over a three-year period, you can learn the practical and technical aspects of installing commercial flooring through a unique combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job experience.
Want to get paid to do it?
Intertech apprentices earn a percentage of a journeyman’s wages and the percentage increases as the apprentice progresses through the program. As a journeyman installer, you will be among the most highly paid technical specialists.

What You Learn.
Apprentices work with Journeymen installers to learn the practical skills of the trade. In addition, you’ll learn skills to help you move up the career ladder. Apprentices learn about:
- Safety
- Commercial flooring installation techniques
- New flooring technologies
- Cost estimation
- Project management
